Heating and Hot Water
Normal settings for heating, how do visitors boost this if they need to?
It's an ESi 5 Series WiFi Wireless programmable room thermostat. The controls in the utility room are now redundant for the heating system BUT the hot water still needs to be turned on using that panel. The cleaners turn it off and on when they come in.
The heating is now controlled through an app on my phone which I will set to ensure the house is warm when guests arrive and then will be on a schedule that I will set. If guests want to manually adjust the heating, they can do so by simply turning the dial on the side of thermostat to their desired temperature. The thermostat is a white touchscreen that is plugged in by the toaster.
There are a couple of fan heaters as a back up.
Cleaner instructions for heating settings:
If there is no booking for a couple of weeks, please switch the hot water off. This will need to be switched back on again before the next guests arrives.
Normal settings for hot water, how do visitors boost this if they need to?
Constant via the boiler.
If hot water hasn't been turned on there is a panel in utility room, just turn blue button to ON position
